These terms describe use of the VERVE Construction LLC website. Please use the website lawfully and provide information you are authorized to submit. If you disagree with these terms, please contact us by phone instead of submitting information online.
Proposals and project agreements
Website content is general information, not a binding offer or construction contract. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, a scheduled visit, pricing or acceptance of a project. A free proposal request does not authorize paid work. Scope, price, schedule, payment, permits, warranties and other project terms must be agreed separately in the applicable written project agreement. Nothing here replaces required California construction-contract disclosures or consumer rights.
Your submissions
Provide accurate contact and property details, and submit only information you have authority to share. Do not submit sensitive identity documents or payment details. A proposal inquiry authorizes contact about that inquiry; it is not consent to unrelated marketing or automated advertising calls or messages.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, impersonate someone or misuse the inquiry form. Website branding, text and photographs belong to VERVE or their respective owners. You may view them for personal evaluation of our services; other uses require permission or an applicable legal exception.
