Effective date: October 17, 2026
Scope
This policy describes personal information collected through the VERVE Construction LLC website and related proposal inquiries. Separate project agreements may describe additional processing necessary to perform construction services.
Notice at collection
When you request a proposal, we collect your name, email address, phone number and project address. These are identifiers, contact details and property-related information. We use them to respond to your inquiry, coordinate a walkthrough, prepare a proposal and communicate about your project—not to enroll you in advertising messages.
Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, request timestamps and diagnostic logs to deliver the website, prevent abuse and resolve errors. Please do not enter payment information, government identification, health information or other sensitive personal information in the proposal form.
Sources and purposes
We receive inquiry information directly from you and technical information automatically from your device and service providers. We use personal information to provide requested services, maintain security, manage business records, comply with law and protect legal rights. We do not use this website for cross-context behavioral advertising or automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
Disclosures and service providers
Information may be available to VERVE personnel who handle inquiries and projects and to service providers supporting website hosting, secure data storage and technical operations, including Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights or security, and in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. This website does not embed third-party advertising or optional analytics trackers; its fonts are served locally.
VERVE does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share information about people under 16.
Retention and security
We retain information for the time reasonably necessary to address your inquiry, administer any resulting project, meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. Retention depends on whether an inquiry becomes a project, the records involved and legal requirements; we do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
We use encrypted HTTPS connections on our hosted website, input validation and restricted access to stored inquiries. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies, storage and tracking signals
This website does not use optional advertising or analytics cookies. Essential hosting/security technologies may be used, and saving your privacy choices stores a preference in your browser. You can inspect or clear cookies and local storage in your browser; disabling essential technologies may affect website operation.
Global Privacy Control signals are recognized in Cookie & Privacy Choices. Sale and sharing remain disabled for everyone, whether or not a signal is detected. Legacy Do Not Track signals do not change our behavior because we do not conduct cross-site advertising tracking. Other parties are not authorized by VERVE to collect personal information on this website for tracking your activity over time across unrelated websites.
California privacy requests
California residents may contact us to ask about their information or request access, correction or deletion. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), applies to VERVE and your request, rights may include knowing the categories and specific pieces collected, sources, purposes and recipient categories; correction; deletion subject to exceptions; opting out of sale/sharing; limiting qualifying uses of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising rights. VERVE does not collect sensitive personal information through this form for purposes requiring a limit-use control.
Call or write using the contact details below. An authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate authorization. We may verify identity and authority using information reasonably appropriate to the request, without requiring you to create an account, and will respond within applicable legal timeframes. Some information may be retained when a legal exception applies. CCPA/CPRA coverage depends on statutory business thresholds and other conditions; this policy does not represent that VERVE necessarily meets those thresholds.
Children, links and updates
This website is intended for property owners, managers and adults seeking construction services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to request its removal. External websites have their own privacy practices.
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Where required, material changes will be communicated through an additional website notice or another appropriate method before new uses begin.
